1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ProForm Golf's services, website, or facilities, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Bookings & Cancellations
All bay and darts-lane bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only when full payment has been received at checkout.
Pending bookings. If you start a booking but do not complete payment within 10 minutes, the held slot is released automatically and your reservation will not exist. You'll need to start again from the booking page.
Cancellation policy. By completing a booking you accept the following terms:
- More than 24 hours before your start time: you may cancel via your My Bookings dashboard and receive a full refund to your original payment method (typically within 5-10 working days).
- Within 24 hours of your start time: cancellations are still possible via your dashboard but are not refundable — the full booking amount is retained as a late-cancellation charge. This applies regardless of reason (including illness, weather, or transport issues) and covers our committed bay, staffing and opportunity costs.
- No-shows are treated identically to inside-24-hour cancellations: the full booking amount is forfeit and no refund will be issued.
For multi-session bookings made in a single payment, each session is cancelled and refunded independently against the same 24-hour rule.
If you genuinely cannot make your booking, contact us as early as possible — staff may, at their sole discretion, move a reservation to a later date when capacity allows.
3. Membership
Par membership is billed monthly by Direct Debit and auto-renews until cancelled. Birdie and Eagle memberships have a defined commitment term — 3 monthly Direct Debit instalments (Birdie) or 12 monthly Direct Debit instalments (Eagle).
Minimum-term commitment. By subscribing to Birdie or Eagle, you authorise ProForm Golf to collect the full 3 or 12 successive monthly Direct Debit payments respectively as outlined at checkout. Early cancellation of the Direct Debit instruction at your bank before the term ends does not release you from your contractual obligation to pay the remaining instalments. Outstanding balances on cancelled or failed Direct Debits may be referred to an external debt-collection agency, and any costs incurred in recovering the debt may be added to the amount owed.
Member benefits (bar credit, free apparel allowance, Trackman allocations, member-rate bay bookings) are granted incrementally against successful Direct Debit collections. Benefits stop accruing as soon as a Direct Debit fails or the membership is cancelled.
One-off lump-sum payments via Stripe (Par 1-month or Eagle 12-month) are non-refundable once the membership term has commenced but do not require a minimum-term commitment beyond the term you have already paid for.
You may cancel a Direct Debit at any time via your bank under the Direct Debit Guarantee. Subject to the obligations above, cancellation via your account dashboard takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
4. Facility Rules
All visitors must follow posted facility rules. ProForm Golf reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who does not comply with our policies or behaves in a manner that is disruptive or unsafe.
5. Liability
ProForm Golf is not liable for any personal injury or loss of property that occurs on the premises, except where caused by our negligence. Use of simulator equipment is at your own risk.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
